Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Payment

All payments for the services are to paid upfront 100% in advance. No cancellation is accepted after booking our services and service fees are non-refundable. We may offer a refund in exceptional circumstances if we fail to deliver. If the Client could not provide the required documents we wait until they deliver, they are obligated to fill the form correctly and provide all required documents for 8 weeks. If the client changes after this time period, we will not be giving out any refund. In the event we fail to deliver after our submission we give out a 110% refund which includes the fee Clients paid to us. We may reject or accept a refund request at our sole discretion.

Pricing/Fee Policy

Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars. At sole discretion and at any time, we may modify our fees for the services.

Clients Responsibility

You as the Client represent and warrant that all of the information you provide to us is accurate, lawful and complete for the IRS and we do not have any responsibility for the information you provide.
